Purchase and Order
Buyer may select one or more items from the shells listed on the web and continue to check out process. Once the buyer click on the “Confirm Order” button, your order information will be delivered to the web site data base, and the buyer will receive an email of Order Confirmation.
After the Order Confirmation email was sent, the item(s) of order will be reserved for the buyer, and will be shipped to the buyer after the payment made and was cleared.
Payment
Buyer will receive the invoice within 24 hours of order submitted online, the shipping costs of the order will be calculated and added into the total amount in invoice. To complete the transaction, buyer needs to make payment according to the instruction in invoice.
The payment must be made within 7 days of invoice, otherwise, the item(s) of order will be re-stocked and enable for sale on the web again.
Shipping
The order will be shipped within 2 business days of payment cleared. The delivery time depends on shipping service, destination, and custom inspection. Unless specified in the invoice, the shipment will be made by registered air mail via Thailand Post service.
Return Policy
Returns accept if the buyer is not satisfied with the shell purchased. Buyer has to contact for returns within 7 days of item received. Returns accept only the shell in its original conditions, damaged shell caused by mailing delivery is not covered by this policy. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Refund will be given as money back only for price amount, the original shipping cost is not refundable.
